Kids are incredibly special, and we want to make every effort to help them develop a faith that is their own. We offer a nursery for infants and toddlers during each of our services and ministries. On Sunday mornings, our Kid’s Church program is designed for the spiritual growth of kids age 4 – 3rd grade. On Wednesdays, our AWANA Program for ages 2 – 6th grade helps kids learn and apply the Bible. An in-depth description of each club and AWANA itself is available at the Awana website.
Junior High and High School can be tough, so we have developed a strong student ministry to help our students grow. Our youth group, Thrive Student Ministry, meets every Wednesday for a time of worship, Bible Study, prayer groups, and games. We would love for your student to join us!
Here at Freedom, we value our men and women, and we desire to see them growing in their faith. Our Sunday School classes offer practical teaching, while our small groups offer a time of deeper fellowship. We encourage everyone to participate in both of these ministries to develop a well-rounded Christian Faith.
In addition to ministries designed around teaching and spiritual growth within our church, we also have ministries designed to reach our community and the world beyond our community. Our members meet regularly and serve in various capacities to meet the needs of our community. The different teams range from hospital visitation and prayer to providing meals or household chores where needed. If you have a special request you would like us to pray for or help you with, please let us know. We are here to care for you.
In order to reach the world beyond our community, we support missionaries all over the world as they serve in their respective fields. These ministries range from a single missionary and his family to organizations providing services for their communities. Each of these missionaries share our goal of bringing people to God through faith in Jesus Christ. For a more detailed listing of our missionaries and where they serve, click here.
